The Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store offers a mattress and shopping experience like no other. It is a great place to test out mattresses, pillows, and accessories for a better night's sleep. The sleep experts provide excellent, low-pressure overviews, are patient, honest, friendly, and informative, and answer all questions. They help customers find the perfect sleep system in a very good customer experience. The delivery team is also amazing. It is an overall great experience with a seriously better night's sleep as a result.

The store manager, Tad, was great to work with. He was patient, honest, friendly and informative. The mattress we bought is excellent and a great improvement over our prior conventional mattress. It was a very good customer experience overall.

Great place to test out mattresses and pillows for a seriously better night's sleep. Came in to replace my very old tempurpedic pillow, Tad was so helpful and pleasant! Even my husband got a new one, and he wasn't to expecting to. Overall great experience.
