Not only that I had a blast talking to Fred about replacing my tires, he was very understanding that I didn’t have the expenses at the moment for tires. Fred knows how to treat customers with respect and honest service. After getting to know Fred even more, Knowing he has been with Goodyear for 17 years that’s a crazy amount of time, time to start looking into getting Fred his own store. Hopefully Goodyear see the loyalty and love he wears high on his shoulder for this place when he works, as soon as you walk in:)”

“Emission test failed. Went to my local mechanic who fixed a few things then kept telling me keep driving to get the car's drive cycle ready. After hundreds of miles of driving, decided to give this place a try. Noah and Jack used high tech computer to figure out why the drive cycle wasn't getting ready and helped me fixed those specific issues. Price is very reasonable. I am happy they helped me pass the emission test to renew the license plate. Wish I would've gone to them from the beginning. I could've saved so much time and headache. They have my business going forward.”

“With the winter weather, my tire pressure had been low for some time, so I called to see if Firestone could fill them up for me. The man I spoke with on the phone said absolutely, and when I asked how much it would cost, he said he would do it for free! When I arrived, Josh filled up my tires, and I was on my merry way. I've had bad experiences at service centers, so I wasn't expecting much from a chain, but everyone (especially Josh) was super kind and helpful...so much so that I double-checked that they didn't want to charge me for the service, and they assured me it was okay.
