“This shop was truly life changing with there prices the great customer service I would highly recommend this shop they are great with prices I have 5 smoldering shops close by but u walk 3 hours back and forth only for this blessed shop”
“These guys are amazing. My order wasn’t showing any kind of activity and it ended being lost. I emailed them with my concern and they quickly got another shipped to me really fast! Excellent communication and look forward to doing more business with them”
“They have a great selection of different products here. The gentleman at the front desk was super polite and helpful. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here”
“First off this owner is amazing. Very knowledgeable and VERY accommodating. I got off work the same time that he was closing and I called to ask if he would stay open for me. He did and with no hesitation . It really blew my mind because most smoke shops wouldn’t. When I arrived he gave me full service and let me shop around. He recommended items with no pressure on price. Going forward I will always shop at this smoke shop. If I could give 1000000 stars I would. Shop here for your goooods. And if the owner sees this or whoever waited on me. THANK YOU! ?”
“It was great, the gentleman that helped me today was very knowledgeable, had good recommendations, and it was great with customer service. I will definitely come back! Better than I expected, and great deals!”
“Very friendly and welcoming. Cigar selection is great has a huge selection and variety. Huge lounge tons of room great place to watch a game TV everywhere. Highly recommended”
“Really good Binnys. This location always has what I need. It is a bit more on the older site compared to the newer stores around. When turning left into the store it can be a bit hard to see. But overall its a a great store. Everyone friendly including security.”
“Really nice people working here. They recognize their customers. The one guy who I believe is the owner takes upon himself to explain price changes even when I'm not asking about it. My main reason for going here is really because of the incense (or lack of.) Too many tobacco shops go overboard with the incense and don't realize how it contaminates a lot of the products in the store. I buy cigarette filter tubes and they don't usually come wrapped, So the cardboard packaging and the tubes inside absorb all the odors from whatever shop they've been sitting in. This is the only place I know of where I can get cigarette filter tubes that do not taste like nag Champa. Don't get me wrong I love incense but I don't want to smoke it! I've thrown entire boxes of tubes away after visiting other stores. Not sure if they did this on purpose but they've done the right thing by storing the incense in its own case and not burning it in the store. I wish other tobacco shops caught on to this but until then, this is my go-to place for tubes”
