“Service from Katherine and Sue was great. State Farm overall has become a waste of money. Anytime you use your coverage, the premiums increase. I only filed 1 claim for hail damage. I moved to TX and had to switch offices and the premium went up 30 more dollars. I have been with State Farm for years. This is insane. I was able to get the same coverage thru Progressive for close to the same amount I was paying in IL.”

“I did have to wait a few hours because of how many cars needed towing (nice day in St. Louis metro. If you live here you get it. The driver that came was Jordan and he was so nice and very professional. Honestly, AAA, pay him more. He’s worth every Penny. Hanging out with your broken down car in the dark is upsetting and a little scary. I was feeling a lot better by the time I got home and that was in large part because of Jordan.”
“The other reviews seem odd, but here's a real review. Overall I am happy with my interaction and purchase from Bond Auto Brokers. Once I realized the cars were bought at auction and resold it made a lot more sense on what I was getting myself into. The vehicles sold at auction are typically cars that people can't afford payments, repairs, or insurance for. Sometimes companies upgrade their fleet and just sell to an auction house to get rid of their old fleet cars too. That means there's likelihood that the vehicle may need some minor repairs. In my case pretty minor ($1000) and ill have a good running truck. Make sure you look over what car your buying to determine if your getting into something that could use some light repair work. I think the sales people and the office lady were nice and pretty professional overall. My one note was that they did not wear masks themselves and that was a bit concerning and sets a bad example for customers. Don't expect perfection coming here, but if you do your due diligence you can negotiate a fair deal.”
