“Very kind and very helpful! He fixed a leak for cheap a while back and when I went back for another tire issue, unfortunately he could fix this issue(and not at all his fault, it was an impossible fix). He gave me a lot of good advice and alternatives. He didn’t try to overcharge or make me buy things I didn’t need.

“Had an 8am appointment to put on 4 new tires I ordered. I pulled in at 10 till 8, by 759 they were pulling my car in, and 20 minutes later they were done and my car was back on the ground. The guys were so nice, I recommend this tire shop VERY highly....”

“I had my oil changed a few days before visiting Rowan T&A, & that business told me they couldn't get air in or out of one of my tires.
I went to Rowan T&A on a Saturday morning & told them I needed a valve stem replaced. The waiting room is roomy & they have a TV. I was seated maybe 2 minutes & the service tech came in, the gentleman behind the desk told him what I needed & we went out to my vehicle.
I told him what happened a few days before & he bent down, took my cap off & let a little air out of my tire. ?? I can't believe I didn't check it myself. He then checked to be sure there was no leak around the stem, & put air in all of my tires & told me to have a good day.
I will always go back there because of this one act of honesty. ??♀️”

Although a new owner got the shop more than 10 years ago, the service, tire selection and prices are more than enough to make me skip some of the other tire shops just to come to M&M. One time I came here for tire rotation after my oil change at the dealership and they identified a severe error-a service part was left on my vehicle instead of my original part. They identified and helped me manage the issue easily.”
