“We went on Raptor Day, so parking was $20/car (usually free). It was money well spent, and also knowing the funds are going to help with conservation. The staff/volunteers were so knowledgeable and friendly, and spent time answering all our questions. It is also a beautiful area to hike around, with some great spots for photos.”

“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon thinking I needed a new inner tube in my tire; turns out I just didn’t know how to use the adapter to inflate my tire. Parker was super sweet and helpful, filled me up, and showed me how to do it myself next time! Will be back with any future issues!”

“This place is a hidden jem in the Lake Zurich community. John the bartender has a good sense of humor and is actually from my old neighborhood in Chicago. The lunch specials change Monday through Friday (food's only available for lunch time) and pricing is very reasonable. I'll be back for the Italian beef!”

“The building houses a lot of exercise space and equipment. The locker rooms are clean, lockers are plentiful and usable. Staff needs to clean hair dryers as the intakes are usually clogged with lint. The pool, saunas, and steam rooms are clean. Sometimes the hot tub can be cool or the pool a little cool depending on various factors. The staff is courtious and helpful. I get a discount thru my insurance to use the facility which is nice. Nice place...”

“I love, love, love, LOOOOOOOOVE this place and even more, the fact that the WINGS program even exists! The ONLIEST reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is because they close so darn early, and I can't always get there on the weekends to shop. They used to be open until 6pm during the week, and IDK what happened to that. :(”

“Very nice, clean club with caring and welcoming membership. Lots of meetings! Great place to look to if you need a meeting but your schedule keeps you from attending at the popular meeting times like weekday evenings and weekend mornings.”

“Waltz, fox trot, cha cha. rumba and swing music is played at every monthly dance party. A variety of other dance music is played as well for the more advanced dancers. When not dancing, it’s easy to meet and chat with friendly people who share your interest in dancing. Water and snacks are provided at no extra charge. The dance floor is huge. There’s plenty of space in the center of the room for couples who prefer not to progress around the outer part of the room in waltz and fox trot.”

“Well lit parking lot and plenty of parking during the early hours of the weekend and for evening adult events. Little library is located outside office area. Nestled in a residential area, very nice and safe. The rec center is very easy to maneuver through. Handicap accessable doors into lobby.”

“It is members only and I was invited as a guest for a small event. They had a nice private room for us to dine in with excellent service. The dinner menu was limited but very much in line with a hunting and fishing club, venison, walleye as well as some more standard fare. I cannot comment as to pricing as the menu had no prices but all in all an excellent meal ( I had rib eye steak and sampled the venison) and a five star experience.”

“Anytime I have an appointment here, the staff and nutritionists are very kind. They provide resources if you are struggling and are not pushy when it comes to breastfeeding and offer formula no questions asked (some WIC offices push breastfeeding so much so that if you decide to formula feed they make you feel like you have no choice). Would 100% recommend this location.”
