“My mom had to move into assisted living. I was told of Acosta's and shopped at this location when the furniture store occupied this location. Located on the first floor, handicapped parking is available. The staff is very friendly. I felt the commissions were very reasonable. Most of the items that we put on consignment were purchased. I would come here again for any resale of any other items and I highly recommend it to other people. As far as payment, my check was mailed to me promptly after the consignment. Was concluded.”
“My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! “I can't begin to explain how happy we are with Mary and Angelique with the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL.!!! We went in for the first time ever just to check them out and they were busy. Mary and Angelique not only greeted us but were also very attentive to my family. While they explained all the various Sleep options they had to offer they also addressed my Wife's and my very different Sleep styles. They came up with our PERFECT solution. We bought a new ILE bed with adjustable base and we are sooo happy we did. Delivery and set up by the delivery guys was instructional, fast and easy. Again Mary and Angelique were amazing to work with and I have been non-stop sharing our AMAZING experience with Friends and Family about the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL. “Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me in finding the perfect supplies for my project. Their knowledge about the products and willingness to help made my shopping experience enjoyable.

“Monica was wonderful I ordered picture wall art it came damaged. I didn’t wanna go into the store, but I had to because I had to return it. Monica was very helpful. Sad thing is all the pictures were damage so it really wasn’t their fault that they didn’t check it before they sent it out, but when I got there, she refunded me my delivery charge and the wall art in full I will return. I love the store. People were very helpful clean store. It is turned around though. It doesn’t look like the Elmhurst store so zero on the wall art but five on the Customer Service.”
“I would like to say a special thank you to store manager Mike at this location. Mike’s store was 1 of 3 stores in the country that had a sold out painting I had been on the search for. It was completely sold out online and on clearance, so I knew my chances of finding it were slim but I decided to head to my local World Market to get a list of stores that had it in their inventory and start calling them. I quickly discovered after calling a few stores that World Market does not typically ship to their customers from the store if the item is not available online (even if the customer offers to pay for shipping), nor do they typically ship store to store. Out of the 3 stores I spoke to that had it, Mike’s store was the ONLY store that didn’t completely deny my request to ship it. Instead, he suggested options for how we could make it work, even though they cannot take credit card payment over the phone for security purposes. He even came up with the solution to ship it to my local store location to spare me the shipping costs AND without making me pay for it over the phone in case there is any damage to it during transit. My painting will be here at my store in Charleston, SC this Thursday, and I look forward to finally going to purchase it. Thank you, Mike, for your excellent customer service and willingness to help me when other store managers wouldn’t. I would highly recommend this World Market to anyone in this area of Illinois!”

“I went to Home Goods here at Hoffman Estates for a class field trip and I wanted to look at a shelve where they had like card games and other Christmas gifts that they had there but this employee didn’t care at all to move the fricking cart and she didn’t realize that I wanted to look at what was on the shelve she didn’t barge to move one bit then I passed over to the same shelve again and the employee didn’t seem to move the cart at all and I left and really is this how they be ignoring their customers are they really that paid to ignore customers cause I don’t think they are paid to do that. They also think that you are there to just give them crap when all of a sudden it’s then the costumers fault for it it’s so fricking rude and disrespectful. If people now and days can’t attend a customer here at this store why are they even here for like what’s even the point of them coming to work.”

“I like this store a lot and I bought lots home furnishing items from it. They help me carry a rug to my car before.
But today I went to return two items and this staff looked at me and pointed at everything behind him and said, if you can find a spot to put these on that shelf, I will process your return. He wasn’t joking or just trying to be funny. Not nice. He did process my return but why do you have to say that to me. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed but why take it out on me.”
