“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”

“My favorite store for craft items. I am sad that few years ago they closed the Mount Prospect store, which was two minutes drive for me. Now I have to go to Schaumburg. This visit I went there to get apoxt. Asked the checker about location for the item. She vaguely pointed toward section for fabric. Could not find it there. Asked second person. He even gave the isle number. Nope not there. Asked the third person, she not only knew where to find it but also walked with us. So found what I was looking for.”

I had someone other than Studio 41 install the cabinets and noticed a few of the doors had a small problem with closing completely or correctly and Studio 41 set me up an appointment and came right out and fixed the issue and now the cabinets are as perfect as I hoped for.”

“This is a normal HomeGoods. I came here looking for duvet covers. They have a lot of king/queen/full sizes from Portugal. They don’t have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other. They didn’t even notice the customers waiting in line. They talk to each other when there are no customers in sight.”

New styles and Merchandise is frequently stocked up. It's quality stuff. The Senior manager (not sure but name Courtney- Assoc.2244913) is simply amazing. Her kindness and customer care is exceptional. Pleasant , polite and helpful. No matter how long the check out line always the staff comes to rescue and helps cut the line short by checking out fast. Its great team work work with the right leadership. Others Ross stores dont match this service or quality.
Each and every employee is very helpful , kind and respectful. They go out of their way to help the customer find products and for any need. New staff feels very pleasant also these days.I buy all my home goods , gifts and personal items from this store and the variety, quality ,service is simply exceptional !!! Thank you !
