“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”
