“First and Foremost, highly recommend Dallmann's Muffler and Exhaust. Money does not grow on trees for me. Finding a business like Dallmann's was an absolute blessing. I brought in a 2005 Toyota 4runner. The issue was a horrible job by a Rockford, IL business that installed an anxiety filled muffler/exhaust system. The exhaust was too loud, shaked, rattled and beyond excessive on any bump or road hump. Dallmanns was very responsive to look at the current state and evaluate the problem. The car was brought down the next day and completed within that day. The car now, you can hear a pin drop it is so quiet. I am so happy and blessed. Dallmann's is an honest, transparent, and beyond cost efficient owner. Someone who truly knows the art and expertise of a 5/5 muffler/exhaust owner. I highly recommend Dallmann's. Thank You for taking care of my family during our daily drives to practices, games, and road trips!!!!”
“1st to the other reviewers so ignorant of you to rate this shop on the condition of the city road! And BTW go into a real city there are much worse. If you want the road fixed though take it up with the city weirdos!
Anywho, about the shop. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It went as expected and the owner of the shop even gave me a ride while they worked on my car. Correct they don't have a waiting area other reviewer, but that cuts your cost so whats more important.
I appreciate shops like this who don't try to sell you everything under the sun. If that's what you prefer there are definitely some shiny shops for you. I prefer a shop like this that fixes your car, talks to you like a neighbor/friend, and doesn't take any opportunity to scam you.

“A lot of freedom, small hours, low pay. But over-all. Great people to work with, especially the boss Typer Fielder. If you want to work hard & get paid (somewhat), get in shape, learn new skills, but again very small hours. They also snow plow in the winter.”
“To some, a vehicle isnt just a machine, it is an extention of themselves. Somthing that has a large impact on their livelihood. When my transmission inevitably stopped working due to bad design flaws, it was dificult situation. Ive always worked on my own vehicles but this task was out of my league. I was weary about which transmission shop i would trust with somthing i worked very hard to attain. I herd from a close friend that he had taken his vehicle with the same transmission and issues as mine to Joe's Transmission repair. Trusting my friends judgment, i did the same. From the moment i met Joe i could tell my livelihood was in great hands. Joe is extreamly knowledgeable and understands the pros and cons of choosing the best parts to rebuild / upgrade transmissions. Joe is up to date on common issues, new upgraded components, Rebuild kits, ect. He completed my transmission is a professional and timely manner. His prices are hones just like his charter and are backed with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty which is a clear indication that he confident in his skills. My truck has never driven better since i purchased it. I am happy that i herd about Joe's transmission repair and have nothing negative to say. If you've made it this far, and are in need of transmission repair, replacement, or upgrades. I am definitely recommending Joe's Transmission Repair.”
“Our alternator went out in the middle of a road trip from Door County back to Chicago. Called Real’s because they were open later (we broke down about 7p).
Felipe stayed extra late to replace the alternator and get us back on the road later that night. He definitely went above and beyond.
Pricing was fair—especially considering the circumstances. He was thorough and competent. Highly recommend this place.”
“I been taking my car to them for a year they been fixing my car and ever time they fix it and they also give u warranty to in case something goes wrong so u can bring it back but I have not had to do that I just had a new engine put in and my car runs so much better now”

“Really kind people would recommend going back to I went in with about 6 grand in repair cost and they are very willing to work with you on what to do and explaining every process that comes with replacing the parts will be going back again for my monthly maintenance it might be a little pricey to some but They are always upfront about all the cost that come with the repair! P.S Audi repairs are not cheap”
