Sometimes, a business needs to see a person is in need and offer a little assistance. Its called paying it forward and good kind customer service. That few cups of salt cost the business very little but to me in that moment, it was pure gold! PLUS a driver at the shop gave me 1/3 of a bag of salt as well which was an incredibly kind gesture. “Really kind people would recommend going back to I went in with about 6 grand in repair cost and they are very willing to work with you on what to do and explaining every process that comes with replacing the parts will be going back again for my monthly maintenance it might be a little pricey to some but They are always upfront about all the cost that come with the repair! P.S Audi repairs are not cheap”
