He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. “I just wanted to say thank you to William, the assistant manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts. My friends and I had our car break down in the parking lot, and he was really helpful. He took the time to help us figure out what was wrong and gave us some options instead of just sending us on our way.
