“I went 2 T-Mobile in Chicago Heights, IL. I was paying my mom's pre-paid phone, but didn't have a pin #. George was so helpful in helping me set this up. He even suggested that I have her phone bill direct debit from her account so that we wouldn't have 2 worry about coming into the store. I like ppl that suggest alternatives so that the customer can make a decision on what he would like 2 choose. George was a very patient young man & very kind. A pleasure 2 work with. “Really great store the gentleman that work in there I've always been fair with me and tried to work with me to make sure I was getting what I needed they always have some kind of deal in there too to help you out if you don't have a lot of money to spend time you wanted me to get a nice used phone they have it and the new phones obviously, but yeah the very friendly good guys they also help me out a pinch on Christmas Eve got everything I needed got the phone rolling and everything it was a last minute thing and no other place could do it so I definitely give them a look into I've dealt with them and do my business there now but I've gone the last four times there to get phones and tablets”
