“Tommy did me a solid on fixing the shifter cable bracket on my 2002 Ford Excursion. The 2 bosses on the Transmission broke and the bracket that holds the shifter cable came off. There are NO aftermarket solutions to fix this problem, not even Ford has a solution except to replace the Transmission. Tommy was able to do some fabrication and provided a repair that was stronger and more reliable than the original mounting solution.”

I was expecting to hear the guard needed to be replaced or something, but they were very honest by replacing a missing bolt with a minimal charge.
