“I had a wonderful experience when I went in this morning desperately needing a need key fob. The young gentleman help beyond my expectations. They didn't have my exact fob at their location. So he called around and then management for it. He found it and the a manager had one with them and was stopping in the Elgin today. Few hours later they called. When I went back the young lady there help program and cut the new key pretty quickly. Great customer service!”

“I found that O’Reilly is most commentating Auto Parts store out there like most they can get the part the next day they can match any price to any other auto parts, but they will lend you tools unlike any other auto parts, they have one of the largest selections, unlike other Auto Parts stores, but they also have a great staff They have the coolest guys working for them that are willing to do almost anything to get you and keep you as a customer plus they know cars. One time I had a flat tire on a trailer and it was miles away. I asked her if I could borrow a spin bar since I had numerous Spine bars at home they said no problem. They let me use Spine bar. I didn’t even have to pay for it. I did give him my drivers license to hold till I brought it back, which I did. This was a $30 item. I returned it and because of that they got me this is an example of the trust and help that they will give to get and keep a customer. This is rare and important to us old school guys.”
