First American Bank is a very friendly and wonderful bank known for fantastic service. Staff are helpful and take all the time to help customers without making them feel rushed. They are ready to assist with opening accounts and other services. Many customers have banked there for years and highly recommend it, having never had a problem across multiple branches.

Melissa was great. She had called me a few months back regarding there rate on money markets. I set up an appointment with Melissa and she had everything ready when I walked in the door. Everyone always say hello and good bye when you leave. Very friendly bank.
