“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”
“Mike was extremely accommodating. I’m a bigger guy (60 w X 38 L, 4x shirt) and he made everything easy. His calm demanor and understanding of the shopping experience made it so that my anxiety of being a bigger guy was not seen or spiked. I left ordering nearly a full suit (minus shirt, tie, and pocket square.
Didn’t know until after the transaction was over that he is the store manager. His retail experience was what I hope all retail experiences strive for. DXL has earned a customer for the foreseeable future due to his service.”
“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”

“This store is EXTRAORDINARILY handicapped/disabled-friendly--what a stark contrast with the JCPenney in North Aurora! This store has made a loyal Kohl's customer out of me--the associates were extremely helpful with my pickup and even escorted me out to my car and offered to bring future pickup orders out to my car. Deeply grateful for this extraordinary level of customer service. Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield could learn something from this store.”

“Walked in with no plan, just a problem.
I’m headed to Napa Valley for a business function and needed to dress to impress: resort elegant, resort casual, business casual — all of it.
This is a bougie event way above my pay grade, meeting people who don’t know I don’t dress like this every day.
Renée walked right up and asked how she could help.
I told her I was looking for clothes, and she took me on a 90-minute experience, showing me everything they had.
It was wonderful.
I walked out with a good amount of outfits, lots of versatility, and I’ll definitely be back.”
“I think it’s quite silly for all the other stores in Geneva Commons to close at 9PM but your store closes at 8PM. I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. Like I said I think that’s silly.”

Fair pricing for being close if your going out for a night on the town and don't want to make the drive to the city. Men's pant sizes run from like 30x30 up to 44 or 45 waist.”
