“I have been working with them for about seven years and two different cars. Every time they assist me the service is excellent and the work is very professional. I was given options on my GLS 550 and not just being told everything needs to be done. Honesty is a very important thing for me. This is why I continue to come back and have them repair my cars. They are upfront about everything and that’s what I like. Great job once again!!”

“I have taken both of my vehicles to New Start Auto Shop and I am always satisfied with the results. Desmond, the owner is professional, reasonable with cost and is detailed oriented. He is good at what he does. I took my 2001 S500 Mercedes with rust spots to Desmond and that car is absolutely beautiful now. Thank you Sir.. Before I met Desmond, I took my Malibu to a different auto body shop and the color didn't match, the owner at New Start fixed that problem for me and I paid much less than the original paint job. I am so happy and pleased that I met New Start and Desmond.. Thank You!”

“I completely agree with all the rave reviews already given here by others but would like to add that they are phenomenal! Pedro the owner is very honest knowledgeable sincere and highly skilled! He welcomes and treats you like family. He does not sugar coat and just tells you like it is. I have been to them several times for different issues and they have always produced and fixed the problem effectively efficiently and in a timely manner. Since I've been here I have not gone to any other repair shops anymore. I've been to many but none compare to Adal's!”

“DESHUN was great! He provided excellent customer service from beginning to end and even offered me a plate of food, which I really appreciated! He made the process quick and easy, and I would definitely recommend asking for him when you go there. The only downside was that they only had one person handling the finance department, so I had to wait a lot longer to finalize everything. I was finished with Deshun pretty quickly, but ended up waiting almost another two hours to get through financing and complete the paperwork. Other than the wait for finance, everything was great! I had a really good experience overall.”

“This shop is my favorite shop at all times, I have been dealing with Manny at this shop for a while. Manny was amazing and helpful. The new manger David has taking over. I was worried at first, but he is the best. I brought a semi truck for alignment, and two steer tires changed. I drove the truck home, but something felt off, he assured me that he will check things in the morning. I told him that it feels that there is no alignment done on this truck. I was worried to be honest since it’s the first time dealing with David, but he was so calm and had so much patience with me. He had his mechanic check the truck again and showed me the results and they checked the entire suspension to figure out the issue and why it’s moving toward the right. They also referred me to one of the best mechanic they know that is close by. I am not aware of the name of the mechanic that I talked to, but I want to say thank you for your help! I also want to say thank you for David to keep my trust in this shop. I will definitely use your service again. Thank you guys! Titanic Trucking Corporation/Sali”
