Tim, who takes your information is informative professional and friendly. The only thing I dislike, because I'm recently retired is trying to be the 1st customer. They don't take appointments and open at 8 a.m. I've sat from 7 to 8 to be 1st lol. Finding a mechanic who knows what they are doing and complete the job same day is very rare. I'm a customer for life or until my 2013 Escape gives out which I hope won't be for a very long time!!”
