Their prices are reasonable and the representatives are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and have not lost sight of what it means to value their customers and provide good customer service, which has been lost in many industries today. “Klines Service center was great and fast. My catalytic converter was stolen in Wrigleyville and they were able to fix it in perfect timing just for me to make the trek home for Christmas. “Very friendly agents unfortunately this location only had a few compact cars and mini vans from the two I choose a compact car ( I drive an SUV)to my luck it had less than a quarter of gas. In future the selection if vehicles could be more clear.”

“Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“I really needed a nice truck for my family reunion. They gave me the perfect truck size I needed. I was worried they might not have a size I needed. Turn out the Jeep Cherokee was great. 2024. I'm definitely renting from Alsip location again. I'm so glad I picked this location bc the ladies there made the rental process so seamless. It was a small wait but good things come to those who wait. Plus, she practically checked me out at curve side. That was the best part to me. Thank you ladies...”

“I am only giving a 5 star review for the store manager and the male worker there. I pre paid online for my rental, when I got to the place the guy told me I had to call a 1800 # and cancel my reservation and repay with credit card, I was pissed. I was upset with everything I had to go though but she and him were nice and dealt with me.”
