If she could of yelled any louder than she was she would of, heard here clear out in parking lot, and here she was throwing a till over a 5.00 coupo n on broom that she Bought n used Coupon but wanted thst COUPON back or the money, but your girl was so calm, handled it well and that gets 2 thumbs up. Dealt w those customers 25 yrs in retail and nothing makes em fell worse than you being cool calm n collected, wtg young lady.”

As the line behind me grew I started to sweat, but the employee stayed very calm and simply called for help. “Thank you Rachel and her team for the help tonight. We showed up 4 minutes before closing. Rachel and the 2 ladies patiently helped us choose the emergency generator needed. Our area lost power and we didn’t have many options. Rachel helped us pick the generator, extension cords and other miscellaneous items needed to get us going.
