And Rob, the installer, was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and meticulous. He carefully took the measurements, removed my existing window treatments, and installed the new ones without any issues. The work was completed fairly quickly, everything was done properly, and he left absolutely no mess behind. It is rare to have such a consistently positive experience with every person involved in a project. Emily, Lisa, and Rob each played an important role in making this experience exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
