“I wasn’t asked to complete this review, but it is needed. I have a total of 3 UPS stores within 15-minute radius of me, and this one is one of the 3. This one is the best. Their employees are consistently polite and they have little carts for when you have heavy or multiple packages. This location is also open seven days a week, which is even better. I go out of my way to go to this one over the one in South Holland, about 7 minutes from my house.”
“Kelly saved the day. This is always a good, reliable, convenient store but I had a horrific Amazon return involving 84 boxes & a messed up Amazon return process yet KELLY made it happen with minimal expense. She was calm, charming, helpful, never stopped smiling when I was about to lose it, and made the whole mess as efficient as possible so I could get my large amount of money back. She is an absolute treasure.”

“Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”

“I visited the horrible UPS location in South Holland and had to find another UPS Store to go to. THANK GOD FOR THE UPS LOCATION IN HOMEWOOD. The staff is customer driven! Every customer is acknowledged with a friendly HELLO! I will be driving the extra 8 miles to get treated like My Business Shipping Matters! I wish I had all their names. Fantastic Customer Service.”
