The staff South Holland Postal office is professional, personable and helpful. Customers have patronized this post office many years and find the prices very reasonable. The front end clerks and management go over and beyond for customers, good phone service and got packages showing delivered not actually delivered. The operator took time to look them up, contact the carrier and got them to customers less 30 minutes. USPS has professional services with accommodating staff and helpful shipping for college shopping.

They guy in there was real standoffish as if he didn't like his job and didn't want to be there.. Need training on proper customer service

I’ve been shipping so many packages from back to college shopping, since I was not able to send them directly to my college, and the staff here has been so helpful and accommodating! Prices are also very reasonable.
