“Although this may not be there forte' in the body shop world, my boat dealer recommended Rainbow Collision Center to replace the damaged fender on my tandem axle boat trailer. Wow - Excellent work!!!! The old fender had to be cut and the new fender welded onto the trailer. Perfect welds and perfect match of paint color! I highly recommend Rainbow Collision Center. They also got the work done on schedule in a timely manner.”

A couple weeks after I got my car back, the left headlight which was replaced went out. Turns out it was a faulty bulb. The shop replaced it at no charge.”

“Bill and his sons did an excellent install of my sound system for my boat last year (2024). 8 speakers, 1 sub, 1 amp, 1 in-cabinet stereo w/ 2 head units. As well as a gps chart plotter. This year I had a technical issue with my gps chart plotter not showing a depth reading or sonar image. Bill worked tirelessly to rectify this including multiple calls with Garmin tech support. In the end, Garmin sent a new unit (under warranty) and rectified the problem. This likely cost Bill and Audiosmith many hours and loss of revenue, but most importantly it shows the support and dedication he gives his customers. A+++. - Thank you again Audiosmith!”

“On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. Chris Scholer provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!”

“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH AMAZINGLY GOOD HEART! I definitely will be going here for any and all auto body needs going forward. Thank you BVA for everything you did for me that weekend.”
“I went to the Volo location on 6/13 for the free engine light check. The young man that assisted me was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I had issues with my fuel injector and he recommended a cleaner for me with detailed instructions on how to use it and it worked.
That young man is a gem.”
“I ordered brake pads and 2 rotors online and was able to pick them up shortly after ordering them. The only problem was that the 2nd rotor I was going to install was defective, so I had to put the old one back on. The employee I talked to on the phone about it was very understanding, and I was able to exchange it at the store without any problems or extra fee. Although receiving the initial defective rotor and having to make a trip back to replace it was an inconvenience, there was no hassle for the employee to replace it.
That being said, the Duralast rotors I got were a lot dirtier than ones I'm used to, and took quite a bit more elbow grease than normal to clean off. I'll probably use a different brand next time”

“Can’t knock the back shop as they did excellent work. But the front office could use some help. 3-4 days estimate became 8 days. Communication was poor. Front desk girl mumbled an insult under her breath when she didn’t realize I was on speaker phone with the rental car company. 4 stars!”
