So far this has been a good experience. My flights were delayed and gate changed prompted me to call and ensure my car rental was ready upon landing. Got a couple of days left in town but hopefully the remainder of the service goes smooth upon returning the vehicle.

Fantastic service by Joffrey today. He got me out of a travel predicament with efficiency, patience, and kindness. I am a business traveler, and I wish I would always receive this exceptional customer service. I have status with Hertz , but now I will think about Avis.
