There is no way to reach the branch by phone!!!!! The customer service across sees, couldn't even reach the branch. 50+ calls over the time of 4 hours trying to get someone to answer. And this is trying to return a call from the branch!! 45 miles away!! Not just around the corner to go down there.

Terrible bank but unfortunately too big to fail but they are a failure to me. Chase does not support or listen to their own customer’s issues (Panini check reader problem) and pass the buck. Chase has lazy IT support that should all be fired for incompetence. If you can’t support the products you provide your paying customers then you are trash.

Chase is the worst bank I've ever experienced. They show no regard for their customers, arbitrarily closing accounts without explanation. Recently, I opened a new account only to receive an email two weeks later stating it would be closed and when talking with them they have no explanation for why it was closed (What a disgrace). I have never encountered such an experience with my accounts at other banks. Despite having accounts with several other US banks, Chase stands out as the worst bank in the US in every single aspect. I strongly advise against banking with Chase and suggest looking elsewhere for better service.

Great customer service. I was helped as soon as I came in! My situation was difficult but everyone was very helpful and considerate, doing whatever they could!It’s nice to see customer service is still a priority at some places!Thank you Chris for all the help and staying a little bit after close until you knew I was set!

Met with Gregory at the Greenbriar branch in Springfield to open up a savings account! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made it super easy and was so nice. Thanks Gregory for making us feel welcome!

Waited 30+ minutes to add someone on my account as joint. Never had someone check in with me or tell me they will be with me. Never had someone take my name or concern down either. The entire bank was empty and the lady up front was rude.

Horrible customer service. Person working as a banker is nice, however the third party verification system they use is terrible, and the customer service people in the call center are rude and unhelpful.Don't bank here if you plan on making deposits, Chase makes it so their bankers have no control and can't legitimately help you. Was fine up until this point, I will be closing my relationship with them

The teller Yolanda did a great job with assisting me in getting clients' deposits done in a timely manner. She was patient, resourceful, and diligent in helping me find the correct accounts (especially considering all the crazy abbreviations for the clients' names)- and overall had a great attitude. Good experience here.

Incredibly rude manager. Stay away from this bank. Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager should be fired. The Chase Bank in downtown Springfield is a much better location. Most of the reviews on google all talk about the horrible customer service but nothing changes. They need to replace the bank manager.
