Chase Bank provides great customer service with pleasant and helpful staff. Employees are professional, knowledgeable, and patient, going out of their way to resolve issues. The bank is described as having a great location and a convenient drive-through that is typically not very busy. Overall, customers report good experiences with staff who are considerate, resourceful, and diligent in providing timely assistance.
The local staff are mostly very friendly, with one or two exceptions, and a recent remodel seems to be speeding lines up a little. The corporate Chase policies take nickel and diming to an extreme, but I suppose maybe no worse than the other big banks

Great customer service, banker Renee B really went out of her way to get a check issue resolved. Always such pleasant staff and great location.
