“The McArthur Store is the best Dollar General in town...Its clean and orderly and the staff that works there are always nice and help ful. The one on Wabash is a pig sty..cant get around because Ilse are always blocked with boxes etc...and everything is hodge podge...Its terrible.”

“The store on West Jeff is the best one in Springfield..The manager is such a hard worker and so friendly..The other stores have empty shelves..boxes in the isle you cant get thru...this store is so neat and organised an clean..I say Jefferson but the one on the corner of Mc Arthur and Jeff...not the one way out west next to Tasty Kake that store is gross.”

“This particular Dollar Tree has been my go-to for the last 10 years. I find all of my cleaning supplies, bottles of spices, and fun socks. Rome has been the most impressive DT employee this location has had. He’s extremely helpful and always has a smile on his face.”
“They are a very handy neighborhood store. Their produce was a bit old but far from bad. Prices reasonable for not being one of the big chains. Found what we needed. the cashier was very nice.”
“Great deals. I feel like it could be a bit more organized. I understand keeping costs low by minimizing labor, it would be nice If the things in boxes were removed from the box. There is one guy to open the box if you want, and they get mad if you open the box yourself, which I didn't understand. If I'm going to buy something, I want to see it first. Why can't I open the box, but this guy can? Overall, the place has good deals if you find the right items, but it's a bunch of people digging through piles of items and boxes that are spread across a bunch of big tables. All items are the same price depending on the day.”
