“I had mistakenly downloaded an app and gave a scammer access to my phone. The Cricket store in Springfield had only 1 guy working, and he was NOT very helpful. However, the Cricket store guy working in Jacksonville helped me AND deleted the app (which the guy in Springfield did NOT tell me to do!!).”
