About Extended Stay America - Springfield
Extended Stay America offers a very nice hotel with a great location right off the expressway. The rooms are clean and feature comfy beds, a nice kitchen with a huge refrigerator, a big microwave, and a smart TV. The staff is very friendly, polite, and incredible welcoming, showing amazing patience and working with guests. They strive to keep guests safe and are discreet about privacy. While some aspects of operation may not be liked by all, the staff is very respectful and does a wonderful job. The stay is well recommended, with great service, better prices, and excellent walkability, making it a place many would come back to.

Great location right off expressway. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great stay and staff is very polite. Ben and Sonny are incredible welcoming. Thank you. Stay here is well recommended!

The staff was very friendly. I had a personal emergency come up and had to leave in hurry and the staff made sure my belongings were safe until I could pick up them up later. They made sure I had I everything. I've stayed there several times and would recommend it.
