“Wife and I stayed there on 11/28 for business travel for LLCC. Arrived closer to midnight.Richard and another gentleman were polite, helpful and friendly. They assisted us with finding a tire place for a minor issue with our car. They both were really nice and went beyond their duties to assist guests with non hotel matters.The room was spacious, clean and had all necessary amenities including microwave, stove and fridge for one night lol we had a great quiet night too.Breakfast was provided in the morning too; I enjoyed it as wellWill return if needed. Keep up the great work”

“Great place, especially if you throw darts. Great crowd, Brice the bartender is awesome but be sure to speak slow and very loud he is hard of hearing. His left ear was damaged from a platypus attack. A good story if he is willing to tell it, he didn't fair well in the fight. Also walks with a limp and mouth breathes from a unrelated pet racoon incident, not as good of a story.”

“This is a comfortable and quiet hotel. The handsome service manager is polite and kind. The lobby is spacious and clean. The rooms are clean and tidy. The large double bed is warm and comfortable and feels like home. The quilt is extremely comfortable! The bathroom is also equipped with shampoo and shower gel, which are not found in other hotels, which is great! I recommend everyone to come here, it's well worth it! One last tip, it would be perfect to have a pair of slippers in the room!”

“This Motel 6 location is the best I've been to. The location is great the staff, and rooms are amazing. Out of all of that one thing sticks out the most. There's a worker named Prince. This kid is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He's hard working, polite, respectful, caring, passionate, has drive, and patience. Everytime I stay here he goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is delightful and hassle free. This location wouldn't be the same without him. This company is beyond lucky to have such a skillful worker in their ranks. If you need somewhere to stay I highly recommend you come down to Motel 6. Ask for Prince and he will get you set, with no issues or hassles. If I had a business if want he running it, and I say that with upmost confidence.”

“Just wanted something close to the hospital, and this was right across the street. Wasn’t expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. “My husband and I stayed over the weekend in a Jacuzzi suite for an overnight get away from our crazy lives and it was awesome! Booked this place on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Only con was we couldn't stay longer! The owner was super welcoming,very accommodating, and laid back. Our room was very clean and everything worked well. The diner/bar had a good vibe. Good service, great food, awesome portion size. The breakfast included was amazing. We weren't bothered at all and we're able to play our music loud and a smoking room was a plus for us! This place has so much character and all of the memrobilla is beyond cool! It has a very good location as well. It's not the Ritz Carlton but I would much rather stay in a place with personable service, originality, and history vs a big plain chain hotel. We NEVER get away and this place definitely met all of our expectations and beyond! Hopefully we can get away again soon and we definitely plan on rebooking this place! Saving for 2 nights for next time ? Thanks Route 66 Hotel for a unique and relaxing experience with you!!! You guys rock!”

“This hotel is amazing. It's a home away from home. It's perfect for all ages, The staff is absolutely positively AMAZING. This hotel is clean, quiet and the pool is warmed for the winter. All and all they went above and beyond my expectations!!!!!!!Walkability: Next door is a mini shopping center that has dollar tree, dollar general, big lots, a pizza place and McDonald's. Also circle k and jiffi stop.”

“For a budget priced motel, the Sleep Inn Springfield West is a good value. The staff was cordial and helpful, the free breakfast was excellent, and our room was clean. (Although you can't tell about the floor carpet which is brown with beige streaks.) I would recommend the motel to friends and family.Noteworthy details: The room is well appointed.”

“Room is so nasty. Not worth the price at all. I asked for a non smoking room with two beds for me and my kids. First time I notice was how gross the bed sheet were. They had hair, cigarettes Burns all over them. I asked for new sheets and they gave me new sheets with even more cigarettes Burns on them. The bathroom was so nasty also. The tub has black on the bottom.”

“I'm giving them a 5 Star rating because it's affordable and everything is walking distance,, and the lady at front desk was so nice, she watched our bags when my sister and I checked out of the Hotel so we could Finish sightseeing around town. I'm definitely coming back to this Hotel when I'm visiting Springfield..?❤️? also the rooms aren't the Best,,I wish we would've had a non-smoking room, rooms need to be remolded but like I said, I give them 5 Stars due because everywhere we needed to go is walking distance”
