Some items are above average, some I don't recommend. If you need a tool to do one job, you can save a lot. Great customer service.

In and out fast, guy offered to take tge winch up front and even helped me load it, lady at register was super nice too. Definitely a stressful season being couple days to Christmas and seeing nice ,helpful people sure make it better!

I live very close to this location and we frequently shop there. the store is always stocked, has helpful employees if you were to have any questions, and you can’t beat the prices. Grateful to have a harbor freight in Springfield
