“This location seems to have many items available to any do-it-yourself project. The prices are a bit higher here than most hardware stores. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help. On occasion I have had some staff not so friendly. On rare occasions I left without what I came for when the item seemed unable to be found or unwilling staff would not help after being asked, even while that staff member was in the area of the item I was searching for.”

“I got home from work yesterday and no AC running in my house. I called heartland heating and early this morning. They got back to me and told me they had a full day scheduled but they would get to me! It's the middle of July so it's hot 🥵. The repairman stopped by at the end of his day and within 30 minutes had me repaired and ready to go! I actually purchased a brand new AC and heating unit from this company several years ago and they have never let me down, ever. I highly recommend this company! They take excellent care of their customers! Thank you David for the great service and the nice hug!!”

“I was calling around Central Illinois trying to find the tubing roller that's been discontinued and this location not only had 2 but was willing to hold on for me until I could get off of work. I arrived and it was set and ready and they even helped me load it up (wasn't that heavy but the gesture was nice). This really helped me out of a pickle as I bought the SWAG offroad modification kit before i bought the roller (dummy move). Great service and the roller before the modification is still great for what i need. Thanks to Harbor Freight and the team here!”
