INB provides good service with amazing and phenomenal staff who welcome customers. The tellers and branch manager receive high praise. Many customers absolutely recommend banking and doing business here. However, some note that transactions, like getting petty cash at the drive-thru, can take forever, with waits described as ridiculous, such as 17 minutes. While the people are excellent, the speed of service can sometimes be very slow.
