We originally shopped at another T-Mobile store here in Springfield and the experience was enough to make us want to switch carriers. We took a chance and stopped in the North Dirksen location. It was hands down a much better experience. We have to give a shout out to three amazing employees that made it happen: Kayla, Lesa and Darnell. Each one of them went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
