If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. Bought a car stereo and camera. Left my truck with them all day on my SCHEDULED install day When I went back to pick up the truck they didn't do the installation that I paid for. Then I asked for a refund. Geek squad manager argued with me about what happened. I just wanted my keys and money back. They lost the keys and didn't return all of the items i returned. I could kick myself for not checking the receipt better. You can't call the store. The have a answer service that intercepts calls so that a issue you hope could be resolved by phone requires time and gas to go physically to the store to resolve. I had bought all my electronics and appliances here. They have changed DRAMATICALLY. Last time, fooled once, not again!!

During my most recent visit to SPI there was a handful of businesses that I hadn't written a review for yet. This Best Buy being one of them. This Best Buy that has been on the west side of town for many many years was at one time a hotspot. I remember years past at Christmas time you could not pull in the parking lot. Now this was back before online shopping and Amazon Prime were a thing. People flocked to this Best Buy. Games. CDs. DVDs. Gameboys. Now this location has tons of bigger ticket items. And mainly cell phone stations. We were there for a new iPad, cover, and case -- as well as a Chromecast or Firestick. My mom found the iPad and accessories she wanted and I went and grabbed the firestick. The guy that helped mom was super knowledgeable and able to get everything she needed with ease. We checked out and on our way we went.

All you have to do is complain about the slowness of the service are the fact that they can't fix anything the 1st time or you got a lemon and it just wont-work they will kick you out of the store tell you that everything you bought and everything you paid for all your warranties are void I recommend that you go somewhere else cause this place is a buyer beware Best buy . Has went Down Hill .

This new nationwide call center is a mess! It's impossible to call the store directly and the customer service representatives say they are unable to. So to answer specific questions about delivery of products I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to talk to a live person. Once in the store, there was 3 individuals in that department with their noses buried in the personnel phones. I was able to walk past them without them noticing. Finally, someone felt my presence and helped me out. He found the product and pre-ordered it for me. I was scheduled for a delivery and installation of speakers today then.........was no showed and not contacted. Once again I can't call the store directly to ask what happened. I called the nationwide Center once again and was tossed around due to the first representative being distracted by a child in the background, accidentally hitting backspace and clearing out my information. Then she stated she couldn't help so she was transferring me to the appliance department. I was redirected to the loop and was picked up by another customer service rep who put me through the same ropes. This individual could not understand that my product is being delivered to the store and the store is going to bring it out today. She kept arguing with me that nothing will be done until it's delivered to me or confirmed via email to me. I didn't wanna argue. It was the store that set up the delivery and installation for me. This individual said she's going to transfer me to the geek squad. Just like before, I was transferred again to another customer service rep and had to go through the same shenanigans. I politely told her though it's not her fault, this company is going to fail due to horrible customer service, then hung up. This may sound like a rant but when you cannot get simple answers, are blown off and the three stooges were my resolution to the problem, that never was fixed, it's frustrating! It's an enormous deterrent for anyone to buy products from the store. The speaker set will be the last purchase from "Worst Buy" . Over the last six years we've purchased at least five computers, multiple speakers, video games, consoles, TVs and a washer/dryer. At this point, I plan on going to someplace local that won't waste my time and cares about people. I took off work to accommodate this delivery and this was a complete waste. I have never ordered something, had the company not deliver it, then never hear from them to reschedule with at least an apology. It's evident that Best Buy's top executives are disconnected from basic consumers expectations and will likely lead to their demise.

Terrible! I just wanted to ask a few simple questions about my new phone and was standing by the geek squad. I stood in the wrong place for 20 minutes. They didn't even say anything to us, like a,"Hey, you are not standing in the right place or hold on, I'll be right with you." Boo!

Purchased top of the line Samsung dishwasher plus 5 year service/warranty contract for $1200+. They had to order the black I wanted so I had to await delivery and installation. I am decisive so took no more that 5 minutes of the clerk's time to decide. When unveiled after installation, I was amazed that it was stainless steel instead of black. The installers put me on the phone to a Best Buy agent who refused to make the correction at that time. Instead, I was told I would need to return to the store to go through the process. Disgusted, I had the stainless unit de-installed and had my credit card credit my account. I would have asked Best Buy themselves to credit the account but could not reach a human being when I called.

I always have the worst Best Buy customer experience every time I set foot in this store. The employees constantly miscommunicate with each other and with customers. If I ever have a question, I never get a clear cut answer. The employees really need to work on their customer service skills because I never feel like they go above and beyond. They barely even smile. Also, their merchandising is poor. I picked up an item that said $8. Waited in line for 10 min for this 1 item and it rang up $18. Clerk had replied "someone must have hung it in the wrong spot" and didn't go out of his way to make things right. I obviously didn't buy it and walked out very disappointed.

I recently had purchased an iPad on October 24. We went to exchange it for the past two days and they told us they were not taking any returns due to Black Friday. Today on November 30 they said we are past the 30 day return policy even though the person who sold it to me told me it would still be good because it a Christmas gift to return if there's a problem . The service was very unprofessional and rude, they would not honor the return. I absolutely will never go back to Best Buy again their customer service is absolutely horrible. When I called to speak to a manager he was also very rude.

We were in dire need of tech help and Best Buy figured it out. Corporate should commend their Manager Petrus Fourie for his extraordinary customer service in our time of need to fix my Father's Memorial DVD for his funeral service. Thank you so very much.

First off, store is very empty (lack of merchandise and customers) as though they are expecting to go out of business. Second, walked in, because I needed a new modem and wireless router. Was ready to spend up to $200. After ten minutes of walking back and forth (twice) in the aisle, no employee came to offer help. But two aisles over, five employees were standing around socializing, shuffling from one leg to the other. As I left the store, two more employees talking, neither asked if I found what I was looking for. Guess that is why the store is so empty and not many customers. When you don't help your customers, they just shop elsewhere. I'm spending my money elsewhere. ____________________ Update: 30 minutes later, purchased a new modem and wireless router AND smart TV (impulse purchase) from Walmart. $348 loss for Best Buy.

So disappointed that I missed the name of the person who helped me! (Tall man, darker hair, scruff and glasses). He was not only knowledgeable about the product I was buying (canon g7 mark II) but also gave a great recommendation and comparison to another product that I will continue to keep in mind. Other workers also seem very approachable whenever someone is need of assistance.
