“UPDATE: I am very thankful that the next time we picked up his supplies, we brought this up to Pat. Her and the manager were very nice and caring while helping resolve the issue. We got our missing can of formula and were assured it wouldn't happen again. I value their work so much and am grateful things worked out. They told me to make sure to advocate for myself and speak up when I need to. I felt very validated. Also Pat is just a great personality! She plays with our baby girl and is so kind!Original post:When I picked up my son's supplies on Dec 18th they only gave me 7 cans of formula and told me to come back for the eighth. We're almost out so I called to see if I can come pick up the eighth can and she said that since there's no proof that we didn't get the eighth can, I have to come into the office to speak with the man who gave me my order last.I live out of town and drove 30 miles for them to tell me there isn't any proof that they didn't give me the can of formula.I came into Springfield because they told me to, then unfortunately told me that they won't give me the can of formula that my insurance has already paid for.So now I'm not exactly sure what to do, it's special formula that isn't typically on regular shelves at the stores.I am thankful for the services, but I am new at this facility and it's really disappointing that this can happen.”
