Absolutely horrible I recently switched to Rotech from Memorial for my sleep apnea supplies. The machine beeps all night long and the head gear they gave me is so tight it has tore the skin on my neck and is an open wound.

I’ve been calling these people for several months now to pick up oxygen tanks that I no longer need. I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls.

Oxygen was ordered Friday of last week!! This is Thursday, still no oxygen!! I don't understand why it would take so long to get oxygen to someone!! I think oxygen is a PRETTY IMPORTANT thing
