“Only 2 staff members were working with clients. One staff talked for approx. 45 minutes to a client about personal information while another staff member was assisting this client. Dec 14 at 10:30 to 11:30. This staff member talked very rude to other clients coming in. Male staff member was excellent. Along with staff member sitting east of him. The rest of the staff was should be fired. Especially the talkative staff member who finally sat down at the booth just west of the male worker.”
“I have been with Lincare for over ten years. They have always made sure I was well supplied with my oxygen supplies. My weekly delivery men have changed through the years, but all have been super caring. Recently I found I needed to use a bipap machine. The staff worked quickly with my Doctor and insurance company to get me set up. Audra was great setting me up and explaining how to use and care for my equipment. Things were going great until my pressure needed to be increased causing a need to change my equipment. Brandon and Angie made sure things were changed to accommodate the needed change of equipment quickly. I am so happy with the personal care I have received from Lincare.
