Staff friendly kind professional consistent excellent skills attitudes. Issue resolved quickly professionally and complex insurance coverage. Pharmacist efficient wonderful very helpful answer questions took care of everything prescriptions transferred previous pharmacy. Some frustration at the beginning miscommunications postponement meds but a good place positive interactions.
The pharmacists and techs are efficient and very friendly. They’re more of a hometown vibe than impersonal/ corporate. Easy to request refills and schedule vaccinations online. Staff consistently excellent. The few times we've had an issue, it was resolved quickly and professionally. We would go nowhere else, given how complex insurance coverage has become.
