It was so bad the phone screen was completely crushed in causing major pixelation & random scrolling when it wasn’t even being touched. “We recently had an excellent experience at T-Mobile on N. Dirksen. We originally shopped at another T-Mobile store here in Springfield and the experience was enough to make us want to switch carriers. We took a chance and stopped in the North Dirksen location. It was hands down a much better experience. We have to give a shout out to three amazing employees that made it happen: Kayla, Lesa and Darnell. Each one of them went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were patient and friendly while walking us through the phone set up process, making sure everything was ok before we left. Thanks to their teamwork and professionalism, we left feeling confident and appreciated as a customer. T-Mobile is lucky to have such a fantastic team! “I had mistakenly downloaded an app and gave a scammer access to my phone. The Cricket store in Springfield had only 1 guy working, and he was NOT very helpful. However, the Cricket store guy working in Jacksonville helped me AND deleted the app (which the guy in Springfield did NOT tell me to do!!).”
“First off let me say that switching to T-Mobile was the best choice for us!! We recently had issues switching from Verizon to T-Mobile (for our kids watches only) , after many many many hours of support from T-mobile & apple It was suggested I go into an actual store and seek help. I must say that all the help online & phone support was outstanding. Not once did I ever feel like I was a hassle or slowing them down.
I prayed about this for days and today I went into the Springfield Freedom drive location (as advised by my Business acct rep Joshua Billingsley-Peoria IL) and was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were busy, as expected so I sat down and started to get things ready! Bryan Johnson was the store manager and he helped me... Bryan was able to resolve my issues and have my watches for my kids back up & running!!! It literally took him maybe 5minutes... I was so impressed with their staff, customer service and NO STRESS relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so Much! God Bless you
