Parkway Veterinary Clinic
506 South Dirksen Parkway, SpringfieldI have been with Parkway Veterinary Clinic for over a year now and I have never had a complaint! The staff are so wonderful, friendly, & helpful. Dr. Snyder is very informative, thorough, and caring. He understands that we love our pets, but how costly pet health can be. He always gives me a heads up about pricing; “We can do this, however, it costs this much. Here is another option (if there is one).”
I have a very anxious and deaf Pointer mix, who can become aggressive due to his anxiety. They were nothing but WONDERFUL with him and myself! They didn’t make me feel embarrassed for his actions, as he was scared and barking. They took their time with him, and by the end of the visit, my dog had been properly taken care of & I was a happy dog Mama!! They always call to check up on my pets after a problem visit as well.
I recommend Parkway Veterinary Clinic to everyone!!

Myers Animal Clinic
400 West Browning Road, SpringfieldI have always loved Dr. Myers--I'm writing today because of Dr. Whittington. What a fabulous addition to the practice! Dr Myers has always run an excellent facility with very reasonable prices and great care. I will always regard her as the best. But the second best is Dr Whittington--she takes time to listen, she collaborates with you as a pet owner, she does research into the best forms of treatment--she's world class! I love this practice and I can't recommend it highly enough to anybody. They will take care of your fur babies and treat you like family.

West Lake Animal Hospital: Lyndsey Houmes, DVM
3220 Horizon Drive, SpringfieldOver the last 6 decades, I've had several pets, none of which ever liked going to the vet. When we picked up our present dog, Emma, 13 1/2 years ago, we decided to go with the vet where her puppy's records were. Several vets are closer to home but found the extra miles are well worth it. We are so pleased that Emma enjoys seeing Dr. Houmas. Drs. Hill & Houmas have a great team.

1115 Adlai Stevenson Drive, SpringfieldThank you!! We recently had to make the decision to let our Chi Chi go, this little girl abandoned (2011 )came into me and my kids life at the most needed time, she needed us, and we needed her. As time went on, this little feisty chihuahua started to decline more and more.. Laketown helped us make that life assessment decision and gave us such ample time alone with her to grieve and say good bye. Thank you all Laketown staff ❤️

Pet Sitting & Training
Dog Class Pro Dog Training
4232 N Peoria Rd, SpringfieldI have been taking my Boston Terrier, Luna, to Joe for a little while now. We do the group class. Joe trains YOU how to train your dog! WOW what a difference these classes have made! This place has a laid back feel with no pressure- you and your dog can move at your own pace. Before you realize it you are moving up in levels in no time! Joe has all the answers, and although I was skeptical (mostly about my own training abilities) Luna has excelled with Joes direction! I highly recommend Dog Class and will take any of my future fur babies right back to him! I would give 10 stars if it were an option!
