Went to Petsmart in Spfld today to purchase more glo fish for my 75 gallon glo tank. A big portion of the tanks at Petsmart are high enough up that I can’t see inside their tanks so an employee gave me a small step stool to stand on so I could see the fish. While I was using it (I’d used it for about 1 minute at this point) a different employee came up to us, and I quote, said “ hey can I use that for a sec?” So I said sure. I’m standing there watching her waiting for her to bring it back so I could use it. She walked away with it folding it up. Proceeded to set it inside the door of a small room and walked away. If there was an issue of me using it, then why didn’t you just say that? Why did the other employee give it to me to use? What you did was RUDE and absolutely uncalled for. We turned around and walked out. That was ridiculous - GROW UP!

You got to be careful when checking out, sometimes their deals don't apply automatically I found this out recently when I went to the store and it was a by 3 get two free and all five items were charged. Be careful and make they know there should be a discount otherwise you'll be paying for it.

They continue to call and reschedule my dog’s appointments putting it in the system AS IF I canceled them complaining that the person that’s supposed to can’t do it and reschedule. I had an appointment Wednesday 1/22/25 they canceled that last week and told me on the phone they rescheduled it for Friday 1/24/25 at 11:30. I called they claim it’s not in the schedule all of a sudden Talking smart on the phone because I’m frustrated the manager is rude and unprofessional because of their mess up. Pathetic weirdos. And I still better have an appointment coming up or I will be filing a complaint.

I Love this pet grooming! Easy to get in short notice and they make my 13 year old Bichon Look great and he has lots of skin allergy problems! Rachael is a Miracle Worker!!!!

There’s a big red sign on the front of the door that says new lower prices I went in there to get a cone for my dog that just had surgery and they wanted $50.99 almost 3 times what everybody else wants. I’ll never go in there knowing that they are extremely expensive and lie they’re asses off on their front door. It’s funny because they want you to shop local when it’s that much cheaper to order online no thank you I won’t be shopping local at least with these guys.

I came here on 10/1/2024 to buy a fish tank. In line up by the registers ran my debit card it was declined tried again it was declined again I had to go to the gas station use a ATM get the cash then come back and get pay for the fish tank because they said there is something wrong with their credit/debit card system

When walking around trying to find something. Or someone to help isn't easy. Some are rude. Like they don't care to do their job. Not in there that much. But when I am I think they could do better.

They're not taking care of the animals. There's tanks full of dead fish, and all of their birds are injured/ripping their feathers out from stress.

Needed a surgery vest and called the store to inquire if the actually had this in stock. I was told they did. I drove 30 miles to pick this up and when getting inside and asking the clerk about the vest he took me back only to find the item location did not have any in stock. To say the least I was really PO! Never again will I give Petsmart another dime. Petsmart I hope you read this and train your employees to actually go look instead of outright lying.
