“My 93 year old father broke the rope on his Stihl chainsaw. I called farm and home supply repair center and spoke with Brian. After explaining my father, had people helping him for only two days, Brian encouraged me to bring it in right away. He said he would take care of it while I waited. HE DID! You could not have been treated any better anywhere. Brian I will forever be in your debt. It's such a blessing when you come accross others that use their talents with a smile and urgency when you really need it. Thank you again Brian.”
“I'm from out of town and on a solo Journey far away from home, something of the ones you've read in books. I ended up developing a relationship with God within weeks of being here and ended up walking by the store that happens to be under construction without a sign and saw the beautiful clothing inside and was instantly drawn to it. Inside I met Terry and he helped me purchase my very first tie and belt so I could look and feel beautiful not just for myself but for the ones that love me. “Taking my kids to an indoor waterpark tomorrow. I’ve looked everywhere for their swimsuits and could not find them. I think they ended up in the donation pile after summer. No one has swimsuits out right now. I went to Carter’s with my fingers crossed and the ladies working were incredibly helpful and pulled swimsuits out from the back. “I went in to look for a comfortable boot for work and within 15 minutes I had a pair that fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The guy that helped me did the measurements on my feet and only showed me the boots that fit the work load that I described to him. I will definitely be back in the future for all my business.”
“This is a great shoe store. I have been there twice and have been completely satisfied with the customer service, selection, and quality of shoes offered here. I have a leg brace so I need knowledgeable staff. The manager Jordan is fantastic. Unfortunately, the Springfield location is closing at the end of May 2024. They are having a really good sale right now so it's a great time to get some quality shoes and quality customer service. I see the mixed reviews and all I can say is that I have never experienced any problems here . We moved here from Orange County CA last year and I've been a Yelper for years, I don't give rave reviews lightly. I am really enjoying Springfield IL.”

“Shopped here last night and Eden was wonderful. They helped me find a great pair. I thought I would be in and out, but unfortunately the pair I viewed on line were too short. I really wish more shoemakers would realize that a 10.5 exists! They stop the half sizes at 9.5. It's a real disappointment. With that said, it took me longer than anticipated and I was checking out right at close. Eden was busy closing up but still made time to assist me with a purchase. All the staff were very understanding Thank you very much. They deserve a raise! Truly. I will definitely return.”
