This world needs more Courtney’s!! After 3 different employees gave my daughter and I shrugs and I don’t knows, a friendly smile and face came along named Courtney! She asked us if we needed help and I said probably not because 3 other people have said you don’t have the product we are looking for even though it says online that it’s in stock. She checked on her phone and said “let me look in the back”. She came out with arms full of the product! Today, I went back to the store to get her name. My daughter and I have called and emailed corporate to let them know that we need more Courtney’s!! So…. I’m giving the store a 2 and Courtney, you get a 5. Thank you and we appreciate you!!

I went in yesterday and Gemini was so beyond helpful! She was so personable when trying to help me find a new foundation. I’m new to makeup and was so worried I wasn’t going to find something but she was so helpful in assisting me while keeping it beginner friendly!

Soon as I walked thru the door everyone was so welcoming. Everyone was a great help. Ulta has a great selection,especially with perfume.

Service was fast and store was clean, but there were a couple young ladies working in the beauty bar laughing and joking about a customer’s body size. Stating “She was HUGE!!” very loudly.

Went in today and had help from Ken finding the right makeup for my 13 year old. He was amazing and so helpful! We had a great time and got some really great stuff. He is there every Saturday and would recommend his help to anyone!
