I strongly advise against visiting this Verizon Store location. Unfortunately, my experience here was overwhelmingly negative due to:
- Incompetent and unhelpful staff
- Extremely rude and dismissive behavior
- Complete disregard for customer satisfaction
I wasted valuable time seeking assistance, only to be met with indifference and unprofessionalism. The consistently low ratings for this store are well-deserved.
Consider visiting a different Verizon location.

Employee had barbecue sauce on his shirt, and it was really wrinkled. He was very unhelpful. Somehow, people that came in after us were helped before us, too. Avoid this store if possible.

Very satisfied. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, which I was dreading, but to my surprise we had no wait time. We wanted to see what modifications we could make to our plan to better suit our needs. Melissa, the employee that assisted us, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to get us a much better plan for almost the same price. She went above and beyond to help us out. She also gave us information on the best deals for upgrading our phones when we were ready to do so.

I waited 3 days to get my products when I first came in a man was arguing with the people to set up my phone and was complaining about picking up his kids from school when he was on the clock. Then when I asked how expensive the bill would be I was told $200 at max my first bill was $425 honestly from the customer service to the lying about my bill and my internet isn’t loading in specific places I wouldn’t recommend this company I was told by many other people to due AT&T just thought I’d give Verizon a chance clearly I messed up with trusting Verizon!

I left after waiting 40 minutes and they started waiting on people who came in after even though I was next in line. I really need a new phone and hated to leave but they made me so angry.

I have been in 3 times this week and the staff has been wonderful each and every time!! My 3 visits weren’t due to issues but upgrades. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Darius twice, and he made my Android to IPhone transition seamless!!! Darius recognized me the 3rd time and made sure I received excellent care again! THIS is why I choose Verizon! Ps….I was impressed by the use of Lysol , keeping it clean!! A+++ customer service!! Thank you to our local Verizon team! You are the real VIPs in the industry.

I went into store and upgraded phone. Salesman told me a free watch was promotion with iPhone 15. He asked what color Never telling me it was a 10 dollar add on per month. He also grabbed a shield cover for I phone and I asked how much and he said 6.99. I said ok. It was 59.99 I Would NEVER AGEED to that amount. Totally deceptive. I called corporate and they got manager on phone who called me a liar and told me Shut up. Service manager was appalled and so was I. Never will go here again.
