So this is the third time this store does not have my medication ready. They were completely out thanks for completely wasting my time and money. Had to go to the Koke mill location during 5 pm rush had them refill it. Absolutely at no point did they call and say hey we moved your perception or hey we don’t have it. This specific location is constantly dropping the ball. Absolutely furious with the lack of communication, help and direction. The man working told me my medication won’t be in until Monday giving me a 3 day gap in my medication. I will be switching stores at the very least for my health.

Had to wait a week and a half for them to fill my prescription only for them to cancel it with no app notification just an email. When I placed an order for a single sheet of paper printed it was also never completed and they sent me and email two weeks later telling me “try again at another Walgreens” yeah right. The regular store staff seem pretty nice but I still wouldn’t go there for pharmacy or photo if you can help it

The daytime pharmacist is amazing! I’m sure all of them are but I’ve only had the pleasure of speaking with her, and she’s been so understanding when I have questions about my medications. If you need help understanding your meds, definitely give her a call! You’ll feel 100 times better knowing someone can understand and help!

Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy. Will never be coming back. Order placed online day before for pick at 5pm and come in the next day and no record of prescription…told to return in an hour. Upon return prescription still not ready and told pharmacist is on lunch. Some of us work during the day and take lunch to get their prescriptions, but you will never get your prescription in a timely manner here

The photo department is horrible. I called to see if my photos had been developed and sent back, the young male I talked to 24Aug at 6pm didn't bother to ask my name and said they were not there. I went in the next day and my photos had arrived, on the 22nd. Either he's too incompetent to do a job, or just likes to lie to customers.

This particular Walgreens is the worst one I've ever been to. First of all, the working hours are incorrect and have been for several months. They close at 7 pm and not midnight.Second, if you are 5 minutes late to your vaccine appointment and there is absolutely no one inside the store, they refuse service. I scheduled another appointment on the app same day and just an hour later, but they were closed (look at my previous point, the HQ thinks they work later than they actually are).I showed up several days later for my overdue vaccine. They just said they don't carry it (something they could have told me when I was in the store a few days ago?). They had the entire day to call me and let me know (my previous Walgreens pn Stevenson was courteous enough to do that and re-schedule me to 6th St).I asked if they can check with MacArthur when I was in the store and the guy just handed me corporate phone number saying no. After an hour on the phone with the corotate rep, they told me to plead with the techs at Monroe because they can't connect me with MacArthur pharmacy. Having begged, it took 2 minutes for the pharmacist to check with MacArthur and confirm they had the vaccine. I spent an hour in the store talking to robocalls and asking corporate to connect me with MacArthur.Now, I tried printing 5 pages of paper since 8 am (when they supposedly open). 4 hours later I have to call and wait on the line for 10 minutes for them to tell me they can't do it because the printer is jammed. "What can I do?" - they said "You can do whatever you want."Overall, just don't go there. Save your nerves.

Their website says 12am close time, I am visiting from out of town and walked in with 1 minute before 10 and was told the store was closing.

Service is poor and slow. I waited over 10-25 minutes ish all for them to tell me they didn't have what I needed. Will not be returning.

I'm wondering why I can't give negative stars. I've been trying to get a prescription filled for more than 3 weeks. Every time I go in, the staff tells me some new lie. I don't know if they're all completely incompetent or just taunting me. It's only a matter of time before they kill someone.

After using Walgreens on Monroe for several years, i got fed up with pharmacy techs who act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, and switched to CVS on Washington where the staff is friendly and was shocked that the price of a few of my prescriptions was quite a bit cheaper. They went out of their way to explain how they could even save me more money on some prescriptions.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The staff is awful. They lie, look the other way and treat their customers terrible. I have been going to Walgreens for 20 years. Never again will I go to a Walgreens.
