Still a good store group, but after going through a hostile taken over several years ago by a British investor, it has dropped in quality and customer service after the new system removed personnel and cutting corners.

Staff was professional, courteous and caring. Facility is clean. Wait time minimal. I'm glad I am able to come to Walgreens on Monroe in Springfield Illinois.

This is the best location in terms of customer service. Emily was helping me at the time. She was super friendly and attentive to my needs. I was able to get what I need and it was refreshing to be helped with friendliness and enthusiasm.
