There is such a variety and great assortment of gift items from multiple local small businesses to choose from. This last time, I bought some Illinois shaped chocolates and natural deodorant. “This is the best gift shop in Springfield. I love giving surprises to family and friends and the many times I have been here, I have always found the right thing. Love the local artists artworks. The clothing is really nice. The accessories and jewelry are unique finds. I love the the ladies that work there and are always ready to help me find that special one of kind gift. “We were just at the H & M store at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL and had THE best employee help us. Her name was Francis and she was in the children’s department. She was a real sales person. She helped us find what we wanted and brought us things to the fitting room. You know - like sales people used to do!!!!!”

“I went into Chico‘s to purchase some clothes for my wife that she has been wanting.
I met a lady their name Cara she totally knew what I was talking about And set me up with the perfect outfit for my wife’s 60th birthday!
After that, my wife went into Chico’s and spoke with her again, and she ended up purchasing more clothes from her and was very very pleased with her and her professionalism and her knowledge of the line of clothing.

“Was really impressed by JCPenney's! Huge variety of clothing some say it's dying but to me JCPenney's is a reminder of childhood. You could get your haircut and find the newest and coolest fashions. “I enjoy the items the shop offers (it completely varies on what they accept based on who is working - sometimes they will take stuff I didn't think they would be interested in and refuse new w/tag name brand items). I have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the friendliness. It varies a lot (some of the teens that work there are snooty) - if you can find out when the owner is there, she is great.”
